1. Returns
We accept returns within 5 business days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and the original packing slip invoice.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at info@southernstrutbrand.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
b. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any documentation that came with the product.
c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
